ECI Integrated Holdings Sdn Bhd, a manufacturer of fine, quality precision assembly tools for the semi-conductor and electronics industries, expects the sales of its newly launched solder paste mixer and softener machine to spearhead the group’s earnings for the 2004 fiscal year ending next March.
Group executive chairman Danny Tan Kean Lee told StarBiz that the group was targeting to produce 300 units of the machine a year initially.
