THE selling prices of terraced and semi-detached houses priced below RM150,000 in Alor Star and Sungai Petani are expected to increase slightly this year.
Henry Butcher International Asset Consultants (Alor Star) director Mah Beng Fong said the demand for such residential properties was expected to come from first-time home purchasers and those who wanted to upgrade their homes.
