SINGAPORE: United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) reported yesterday an 11% fall in first-quarter earnings after it put aside more provisions for possible bad loans.
Singapore's second biggest lender said it earned a net profit of S$280.78mil for the quarter compared with S$316.32mil in the corresponding period last year.
