MPI and PNB pact with Carsem

Hong Leong Industries Bhd subsidiary Malaysian Pacific Industries Bhd (MPI) and Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) have agreed to sell their respective 70% and 30% stake in Carsem Semiconductor Sdn Bhd to Carsem (M) Sdn Bhd for RM180mil. 

Carsem is a 70% subsidiary of MPI.
