Dairy Farm, which has concluded an agreement to buy 34 Tops supermarkets from Royal Ahold, expects the deal to be completed by the 3rd quarter of 2003.
The Tops supermarkets will be rebranded as Giant and Cold Storage, bringing the number of supermarkets owned by Dairy Farm to 47 in Malaysia.
