TONGKAH HOLDINGS BHD has been notified by PB Trustee Ser-vices Bhd that it has disposed of some of the company's securities held in public listed companies on April 21, which were pledged with them in relation to the bonds. The proceeds of sale were retained in the sinking fund ac-counts maintained pursuant to the respective trust deeds related to the bond. – Bernama 

SOUTHERN INVESTMENT BANK BHD, on behalf of Promet Bhd, has said that the application to the authoritites on the proposed restructuring scheme would be submitted by June 30 instead of April 28 as said earlier in the requisite announcement.
