Telekom Malaysia Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Telekom Enterprise Sdn Bhd (TESB) is making a mandatory offer for the remaining Celcom (M) Bhd shares at RM2.75 cash per share after Tuesday's transactions saw its shareholding in Celcom exceeding 50%.
Telekom told the KLSE that TESB bought an additional 55 million Celcom shares on April 22 via direct transaction, thus increasing its direct stake in Celcom to 48.45%.
