TO achieve a more efficient industrial growth path, the government needs to have a macro framework of priority and resource allocation plan of third factors instead of relying on physical and human capital as traditionally done, according to the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM).
How the government allocates its resources will act as signals to the private sector in respect of opportunities, it said in its memorandum submitted to the Miti annual dialogue yesterday.
