EDEN Ferringhi Resort Sdn Bhd will next month begin infrastructure development for 24 bungalow lots and 18 three-storey semi detached villas, with a gross sales value of RM40mil, in Batu Ferringhi.
Its general manager Khoo Boo Yeang told a press briefing that the bungalow lots in Ferringhi Hills had a land area of between 6,350 and 10,000 sq ft each and priced at RM100 per sq ft.
