UNITED Parcel Service (M) Sdn Bhd (UPS) has not felt much impact from the war in Iraq or the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) outbreak and remains optimistic about its business growth this year, said its managing director Gillian Sim.
Although there has been cancellation of flights, for example SQ (Singapore) flights, we have managed to minimise late deliveries to our customers, she said, adding that having its own planes helped mitigate the impact somewhat.
