THE Malaysian Bumiputra Insurance Consul-tants Association (Jamin) is spearheading a drive to attract more women into the industry and has set up Wanita Jamin, the women's wing to enrol 9,000 new members by next year.
Organising chairman Sarina Amir said that the new wing, with the theme Women -pillars of success, aimed to help achieve the objective of enrolling a larger number of women into the industry and instilling the importance of life and takaful insurance among the Malays.
