Sriwani revamp to raise up to RM66m

SRIWANI Holdings Bhd is undertaking a restructuring exercise to raise between RM51.516mil and RM 66.264mil from its proposed re-stricted and proposed rights issues exercise, scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year. 

Its group managing director Datuk Ong Kar Beau told reporters after an EGM yesterday that a minimum subscription to the proposed rights issue would raise RM51.516mil, while a full subscription would raise RM66.264mil.
