LONDON: British engineering group Invensys Plc, which has been hammered by tough markets in the past year, announced yesterday it has won two signalling contracts for the London underground rail network worth over £850mil.
The contracts were awarded by Bombardier Transportation Total Transit Systems, one of the privately owned businesses helping to upgrade the underground network. The contracts will run till 2014. – Reuters
