Naza Kia to build own MPV

NAZA Kia Sdn Bhd, the automotive arm of the Naza group of companies which distributes Kia vehicles in the country, is targeting to introduce the first national multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) to the local market by the third quarter of this year.

Modelled after the South Korean-made Kia Carnival, the new Naza MPV will be assembled in the group’s assembly line in Pekan, Pahang, in August before transferring to their new plant in Gurun in the middle of next year.
