KESM Industries Bhd has posted a higher net profit of RM4.3mil in the first six months ended Jan 31, 2003, compared with a profit of RM1.5mil in the corresponding period last year. 

KESM executive chairman and chief executive officer Sam Lim said in a statement that the company posted stronger earnings of RM2.5mil in the 2nd quarter which reflected an increase of 45% from RM1.8mil in the previous quarter.
