THE domestic property sector and construction industry will not be spared from having to face the resulting challenges from globalisation and liberalisation, said National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia president Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Maidin.
“We must start preparing to face the threat of intense and brutal competition in the near future,” he said in his paper entitled Challenges in the Borderless World at the 14th National Real Estate Convention in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
