HICOM-GAMUDA Development Sdn Bhd has, in less than two months, reaped RM40mil from the sale of its phase one bungalow and semi-detached houses at Kota Kemuning Hills housing project.
General manager Steven Chu said in a statement the bungalows were completely sold and the semi-detached houses 60% snapped up.
