MUTIARA Goodyear Development Bhd, the developer of Dataran Prima Condominium in Petaling Jaya, hopes to sell all 210 units in the project within three months.

According to its senior general manager Edmond Yow, Dataran Prima is a 22-storey high-rise project on 2.3 acres of freehold land. Sited along the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the condominium units, priced from RM200,000 to RM300,000 each, have floor areas of between 1,407 and 1,529 sq ft.

He said the project featured a gymnasium, clubhouse and cafeteria, swimming pool, wading pool, laundrette, beautiful landscaping, centralised TV aerial, salon and mini market, intercom system and a 24-hour security.

“Of the 210 units available, 30% are reserved for bumiputras who will be offered type A units which are smaller and cost only RM130,000 each,” Yow told a press conference in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

The condominium is easily accessible from the Kuala Lumpur city centre via Jalan Damansara, Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong, NKVE and the Federal Highway.

The project, scheduled for completion by mid-2005, has four levels of carparks.
