MUTIARA Goodyear Development Bhd, the developer of Dataran Prima Condominium in Petaling Jaya, hopes to sell all 210 units in the project within three months.
According to its senior general manager Edmond Yow, Dataran Prima is a 22-storey high-rise project on 2.3 acres of freehold land. Sited along the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the condominium units, priced from RM200,000 to RM300,000 each, have floor areas of between 1,407 and 1,529 sq ft.
