THE SECOND International Plastic and Rubber Trade Fair (M-Plas 2003) will be held in Malaysia next month.
Gernot Ringling, managing director of organiser Messe Dusseldorf Asia Pte Ltd, expected 8,000 people to attend the 3-day fair at the Malaysia International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Seri Kembangan between April 10 and 13.
