IJM Properties Sdn Bhd will, for the first time, open up the first floor of the completed units at its Alpine Tower project in Bukit Jambul for public viewing.
Sales and marketing manager Patsy Lee said the move would allow potential buyers to view for themselves the actual size and finishing of the units.
By visiting the completed units, visitors will be able to see how big the units are and the quality workmanship put in which they are unable to see inside a furnished show unit,'' she said.
Buyers will also be given a RM7,000 cash rebate on their second progress payment and interest payment on loans will also be waived until vacant possession was obtained.
Lee said the open viewing would be held on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month for the next few months. The first viewing was held last weekend.
Lee said the 23-storey project, scheduled for completion in June next year, featured three- and four-bedroom units with a built-up area of 960 to 1,500 sq ft.
Each floor boasts of eight units in six different designs to suit different needs,'' she said.
Lee said all units would be equipped with a smart home automation system with state-of-the-art digital technology such as high-speed Internet access infrastructure, smart security system, smart home structured cabling, Astro and advanced telecommunication system.
Six units face the lake while the two other units face the hill, overlooking Relau and Bayan Lepas.
Prices for the units range from RM187,280 to RM486,410.
Lee said other facilities included swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground, games room, gymnasium, multi-purpose hall, round-the-clock security, carwash bay, BBQ area and a landscaped garden with a viewing patio.
She said response had been very encouraging with the majority of purchasers being young executives aged between 30 and 35.
