ESSO Malaysia Bhd announced yesterday that Datuk Zainal Abidin Putih has been appointed to the board as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the company's board audit committee.
In making the announcement, Esso chairman Rob Fisher said Zainal would bring extensive financial, audit, and management consulting experience to the company.
