US mutual fund giant Fidelity Investments is returning to Singapore after pulling out six years ago and has lined up S$1bil of Asian assets to be transferred to the city-state.
Fidelitys new country head for Singapore, Andrew Jenkins, said in an interview the company had applied to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for a fund management licence.
