SYMPHONY House Bhd proposes to buy Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd (MIH) for RM2.45mil cash, which would expand the group's suite of corporate and information technology (IT) services.
“The acquisition will make Symphony the only fully-integrated corporate services company in Malaysia providing share issuance, share registration, secretarial, accounting, nominee and trustee services,'' group chief executive Datuk Azman Yahya said in a statement yesterday.
