THE Malacca government has em- barked on a joint-venture project with two Swedish companies to implement phases two and three of the high-speed broadband network in the state through the Melaka Communication project known as Melcom.
With the total investment of RM200mil by Sweden-Asia Broad- band Technologies Sdn Bhd and ICT business Solutions Sdn Bhd, work will begin in June.
