MALAYSIA Venture Capital Bhd (Mavcap) has invested RM78.8mil of the RM500mil fund it manages, in 28 companies, said Second Finance Minister Datuk Jamaludin Jarjis.
It is encouraging to note that the number of applications received and processed by Mavcap has not slackened despite the economic downturn,'' he said at the MAVCAP: Venturing 2002-2003 presentation in Putrajaya yesterday.
