Texchem Resources Bhd
is appealing against the Securities Commission's (SC) decision to reject Texchem-Pack (M) Sdn Bhd's (Tex-Pack) application to list on the KLSE second board, president and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Fumihiko Konishi said.
According to Konishi, the application was rejected in December last year. The company had submitted the plan to list Tex-Pack in June.
