Sime Darby Bhd is expected to show bigger profits for the 2nd quarter of its current financial year but all eyes will be on whether the company raises its interim dividend accordingly.
Analysts expect Sime Darby to maintain its full-year dividend at 22.5 sen this year, as they feel the group might decide to hold back from bumping up its interim dividend given the fact that it is on the acquisition trail.
