HANOI, Vietnam (AP) - Gas stations in Hanoi reopened for business Tuesday after turning motorists away over the weekend ahead of a government-imposed price hike triggered by the looming war in Iraq.
Gasoline went up 300 dong (2 cents) per liter (0.26 gallons) Tuesday to 5,300 dong (34 cents).
