KSU shareholders seeking EGM to oust directors and chairman

TWO shareholders of KSU Holdings Bhd are seeking an EGM to remove nine directors of the company, including the chairman. 

The company said in a statement that the two shareholders, Low Kah Khuen and Chia Tack Kee, were seeking to remove non-executive chairman Abdullah Mohd Zain, executive vice-chairman Ng Seng Geng, and board members Yeoh Kee Pin, V. Kumaraveloo, Ong Boon Poh, Lim Tuck Sing, Liew Tip Chan, Ng Chor Hor and Ismail Rautin Ibrahim.
