PJS Industries Sdn Bhd, the majority shareholder of Airod Sdn Bhd, yesterday denied a report that the latter’s ownership might soon change hands.
No offer to purchase a controlling stake in Airod had ever been made, PJS Industries, which has management control of the aircraft maintenance company, said in a statement to Bernama.
