SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - U.S. rating agency Moody's Investors Service on Tuesday downgraded South Korea's economic outlook because of tensions over North Korea's nuclear crisis.
Moody's changed the outlook of South Korea's long-term credit ratings from positive to negative, meaning a downgrade in the country's credit ratings was likely in the near future.
