Belleview to launch final phase of condo

BELLEVIEW Holdings Sdn Bhd is kicking off the Chinese New Year with the development of 73 units of luxurious condominium, with a gross development value of about RM30mil, in Tanjung Bungah tomorrow, according to its executive director Ng Chee Keong. 

“The 73 condominium units, called Grand Tower Miami Green, is the final phase of the Miami Green Resort Condominium, launched four years ago, on a six-acre site,” he said, adding that the group had to date sold over 95% of the 450 units of Miami Green Resort Condominiums.
