TOKYO: Fujitsu Ltd, Japan’s No.1 computer maker, reported its seventh straight quarter of net losses yesterday, hit by weak information technology (IT) spending, but kept its earnings targets for the year to March with vows of a fourth-quarter rebound.
The company, which usually posts weak results for its third quarter, said job cuts and other structural reforms were bringing better-than-expected improvements in earnings even while weak markets forced it to trim revenue targets.
