GAMUDA Land Bhd unit Harum Intisari Sdn Bhd is looking at netting RM40mil from the sale of 156 double-storey link houses in phase 6A of the company's Bandar Botanic project in Klang.
Harum Intisari senior project manager Low Peng Ming said the double-storey link houses offered were 104 units with areas of 20x70ft priced from RM229,800 each and 52 units with areas of 20x65ft priced from RM189,800 each.
