l SUNWAY HOLDINGS INC BHD has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunwaymas Sdn Bhd (SMSB), has secured a term loan of RM10.5mil and bridging loan of RM10mil from AmBank Bhd.  

The loans are to part-finance the development, construction and infrastructure costs of a proposed joint venture project between SMSB and Geneba (M) Sdn Bhd on 41.272ha leasehold land in Batu Caves, Selangor. – Bernama 

FUJITSU LTD and INTEL CORP have announced plans to develop mission-critical enterprise servers for the worldwide computing market.  

The new Fujitsu systems, which will contain industry-standard Intel(r) processors, run Linux and Windows operating systems, will complement Fujitsu's Unix and mainframe-based mission-critical enterprise platform offerings. – Bernama
