PROPERTY developer Bandar Tasik Semenyih Sdn Bhd has a busy year ahead. After a rather slow 2002, the company is back with a few new project launches.
It launched phase one of the 15-acre Seri Damai, Kajang freehold project a fortnight ago and is optimistic that the phase, comprising 39 two-storey linkhouses and 20 two-storey semi-detached houses, would be fully sold by the end of the month.
