Long Huat rapped for rules breach


The KLSE, in consultation with the Securities Commission (SC), has reprimanded Long Huat Group Bhd for breach of paragraphs 6.1 of Practice Note No 4/2001 (PN4) and 8.14 (3)(d) of the KLSE's Listing Requirements. 

KLSE said in a statement on Saturday that Long Huat had breached the rules by failing to appoint a monitoring accountant in the time stipulated by the exchange.
