THE Securities Commission (SC) has approved 129 corporate proposals in the final quarter 2002, bringing the total approved proposals for the year to 384.
Proposals for capital-raising exercises (42) formed the bulk of the approvals in the fourth quarter, which included submissions for equity issues, private placements and restricted issues, issues of debt securities, irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks (Iculs) and preference shares.
