THE slick investor is unlikely to gravitate towards warrants of Tenggara Oil Bhd. On its valuations, the warrants are not particularly attractive.
First, they have a high conversion premium of some 600 plus per cent, as the exercise price for the warrants is RM3.56, while the warrants are currently trading at 30 sen compared to the mother share at 56.5 sen.
