KARENSOFT Technology Bhd's initial public offering (IPO) of of one million has been oversubscribed by 0.17 time with 67 applications received for 1.175 million shares, Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd said in a statement yesterday. 

The Mesdaq-bound company offered 17.3 million new 10 sen shares by way of private placement (14.45 million shares) and public issue at 61 sen per share. A total of 1.85 million shares were reserved for eligible employees and directors.
