Zainal is TH Heavy director

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TH Heavy said Zainal, who is currently executive director of Dnex, is also the group managing director of Ping Petroleum Ltd, which is a 90% subsidiary of Dnex.

PETALING JAYA: Former Dagang Nexchange Bhd (Dnex) managing director Zainal Abidin Abd Jalil has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of TH Heavy Engineering Bhd with effect from yesterday.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TH Heavy said Zainal, who is currently executive director of Dnex, is also the group managing director of Ping Petroleum Ltd, which is a 90% subsidiary of Dnex.
