PETALING JAYA: Allianz Malaysia Bhd
has appointed former Federal Court judge Tan Sri Zainun Ali as its independent and non-executive director, with effective yesterday.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Allianz said Zainun had retired from the Malaysian judiciary in 2018.
