Perak Transit gets RM8mil govt grant to build transportation terminal

KUALA LUMPUR: Perak Transit Bhd, which operates Terminal AmanJaya in Ipoh, Perak, has received approval in principle for an RM8.014mil grant from the Government to facilitate the construction of a new public transport terminal in the state, Terminal Kampar.

Perak Transit currently operates Terminal AmanJaya in Meru Raya, Ipoh.

DRB-Hicom earnings soar to RM736.57mil

PETALING JAYA: DRB-Hicom Bhd swung to profitability in the second quarter ended Sept 30, thanks in part to the recognition of the government’s RM1.1bil research and development reimbursement grant to Proton Holdings Bhd.
