Nod for DUKE expressway Phase 3 privatisation

PETALING JAYA: The proposed privatisation of the Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE) Phase-3 has been approved in principle by the Prime Minister’s Department’s Public Private Partnership Unit, said Ekovest Bhd.

34 proposals received from parties interested in restructuring Malaysia Airlines

KUALA LUMPUR: Khazanah Nasional Bhd has to date received 34 business proposals from third parties interested in the ongoing restructuring of Malaysia Airlines (MAS), said its managing director Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, describing them as “some credible, some incredible”.

One of the evaluation criteria was the degree of congruence and relevance to its own plans. “Some don’t jive with our plan to keep all the parts of MAS together. When we announced our 12-point plan, it was integrated. We said we were not going to break up MAS,” said Khazanah Nasional Bhd's managing director Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar(inset pic).
