KUALA LUMPUR: NKMH Media Sdn. Bhd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adello Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Adello Group AG in a significant step towards advancing Malaysia’s digital advertising ecosystem.

The collaboration bridges global advertising technology (AdTech) capabilities with local market expertise to deliver data-driven, transparent, and intelligent advertising solutions for government agencies, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and corporate brands in Malaysia.

NKMH Media Chief Executive Officer, Nissa Rosli, said the partnership represents a strategic integration of technology, market reach, and trust.

"Together, we aim to help Malaysian organizations leverage the power of programmatic advertising and data intelligence to achieve measurable growth.

"Through Adello, we provide Performance Advertising Solutions — a performance-based marketing approach that ensures every ad spend delivers real results,” she told reporters after the MoU signing ceremony between the three parties here today.

She added that through this MoU and strategic partnership, NKMH targets an increase of around 10 to 15 percent in new clients.

“Our focus is not merely on quantity, but on the quality of clients and long-term value.

For us, this collaboration is not just a cash investment but a strategic partnership to expand the AI-driven marketing industry in Malaysia and the Southeast Asian region,” she said.

The collaboration brings together the strengths of all three entities: Adello Group AG, headquartered in Switzerland, contributes its award-winning programmatic advertising platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning; Adello Malaysia provides regional operational support, market execution, and client servicing; while NKMH Media brings strong market access, creative capabilities, and established relationships with government institutions and local SMEs.

Meanwhile, Adello APAC Managing Director, Kelvin Tan, said the company is well-positioned to elevate digital advertising standards and drive AdTech adoption across the region.

“This achievement is fueled by NKMH Media’s market insights and Adello’s global expertise,” he said.

According to him, Adello has developed two key AI-based solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies:

* AI Audience — identifies user interests and behavioral patterns through digital interactions, enabling more accurate campaign targeting.

* Generative AI — provides automated tools such as chatbots, content generation, and campaign performance optimization to help SMEs improve operational efficiency.

He added that Adello also applies high-frequency computation algorithms to optimize digital ads in real-time across major media platforms.

“This technology enables campaigns to be delivered faster, more precisely, and with greater impact to target audiences — maximizing clients’ return on investment,” he said.
