The airport runway involved in a deadly plane crash has restarted operations, authorities said, just over a week after two men were killed in the city’s deadliest air incident since 1998.
On Oct 20, a Boeing cargo plane veered off the airport’s northernmost runway during landing, then hit a security patrol car and skidded into the sea.
