Researchers make yoghurt using ants according to a traditional recipe


COPENHAGEN (dpa): Researchers from the University of Copenhagen and the Technical University of Denmark have investigated a traditional fermentation method involving wood ants and warm milk, originating from Turkey and the Balkans.

They advise people not to try this method at home, however.
