Brunei's new Assistant Scout Commissioners appointed

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Assistant Scout Commissioners from all four districts received their appointment letters and took the oath of service at a ceremony held at the Scouts Headquarters Building on Friday.

The event was officiated by the Chief Commissioner of Scouts, Skipper Junaidi Hussain.

In his address, the Chief Commissioner highlighted the significance of appointing district assistant scout commissioners to support and ensure the smooth execution of various scouting activities and events at both district and national levels.

He also underlined the crucial role played by scout associations in each district in contributing to the overall success of the Scout Association of Brunei Darussalam.

“These appointments are part of our ongoing efforts to achieve the federation’s objectives, particularly in expanding membership and strengthening scouting in Brunei,” he added. - Borneo Bulletin
