Myanmar commemorates World Ozone Day 2025


YANGON: Myanmar's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation has held an event to mark World Ozone Day 2025 in Nay Pyi Taw, the state-owned daily Myanma Alinn reported on Wednesday (Sept 17).

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Min Thu said that Myanmar is a party to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, the report said.
