African woman kills British female in Phnom Penh ‘love triangle’

PHNOM PENH (Khmer Times): Phnom Penh Police have arrested a Congolese woman in connection with the murder of a British woman in the capital city.

Following the orders of Lieutenant General Chuon Narin, Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner of Phnom Penh Police, specialised police forces spent approximately 17 hours to solve the murder case of a foreign woman who killed another woman (British) in a garden in front of Koh Pich City Hall, Suphanban Street, Group 78, Village 14, Tonle Bassac Sangkat, Chamkar Mon District, Phnom Penh.
